• Our auctions are hosted through HiBid, and all auctions will adhere to the terms and conditions of HiBid, as outlined on their platform.

                    Services and Payments

• All bidding activities are subject to applicable fees and payment terms as outlined on the auction platform. Payments are due upon winning a bid, and failure to remit payment may result in the cancellation of your bid and possible penalties.

                    Goods and Property

• Any items won in the auction must be picked up within the designated release period. Failure to do so will result in the items being considered abandoned property.
• Abandoned goods will be resold or disposed of at the buyer's expense. TM Appraisals & Auctions is not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs associated with the abandonment of goods.

                    Liability and Errors

• TM Appraisals & Auctions is not liable for any errors or omissions in the descriptions of items listed in the auction. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the auction platform, and we are not liable for downtime or technical issues on HiBid.

                    Copyright and Usage

                    User Behavior

By participating in any of our online auctions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and will hereby be bound to these terms and conditions upon registering to one of our online auctions or consigning goods to our sale.
